This was a great experience! Sam, the manager, was warm and welcoming and the room just as he promised - recently redone and very clean. Super handy location for my purposes and fresh hot coffee in the morning. I'd certainly stay here again! Loved it!

Positives: clean room, AC worked well, front desk accommodated 11 pm arrival nicely.
Negatives: parking far from interior second story room at opposite side of building, dirty walkways inside large-span metal barn type structure with a closed pool. Could hear loud Tejano music three rooms down until I turned fan up high.

The desk person said it was new but the bathtub was old the fridge dented and with paint on it. The calling was thick and splattered on the tub edges. The large window had light coming in from the bottom which could not be blocked.

Stay
I went to ask for a small bottle of shampoo. They had some for sale. This Motel 6 had been an older abandoned motel they renovated. There still was a very faint smell.

Great experience
Though the outside of the hotel isn't remodeled yet, the rooms have all been redone and are very nice. The service was top notch!

Clean ! My room at first ac wasn’t working as soon as I told them we were switched into a new room no questions asked ! Very nice and clean !
