Literally the worst stay ever ! If you complain about your dirty room and say they are getting a bad review then they threaten to call the cops on you ! Wish we would have waited around to see if they showed up maybe we would have gotten our money back and they stole our money for the next night that we had already paid for , 8 hours we were there and got charged almost $200 stay far far away from this place and Latisha, their horrific desk clerk !

Motel was old and tired and would not stay here. Ac didn’t work and had to change rooms. Second room felt old and musty and bathroom felt dirty. TV didn’t work and phone didn’t work. Went to grab hand towel and rack fell off wall. Motel needs a major refresh.

I always stay at the Best Western but this one isn't up to par. Pros: they had a king room on the bottom floor at 2am, No bugs that we saw, the price was reasonable Cons: The room, including the bed sheets felt damp even with the ac running, the toilet seat had feces on the bottom side, they did have a hot breakfast but it wasn't hot, neither was the coffee, the bed was not comfortable and everytime you moved it would squeak. This hotel needs some updating and better management to improve it to Best Western standards. There are many hotels in Dumas, we will try a different one next time.

Rude desk staff. No elevator. Room door had large gaps, allowing highway noise into the room. Suprised Best Western allowes them to use their name because it is a dump. Motel rwnted the entire fist floor to a construction company with loud trucks during early morning hours.had to carry luggage ip oustide stair wells. Motel photo is deceiving and does not show the model model construction. The room was clean, but we did not use their breakfast or internet. Walking distance to a local restraunt/ steak house.

The good and the very bad!
It was great when we arrived the night clerk couldn’t be any more helpful and accommodating. However the Sunday morning attendant wasRUDE, Condescending and absolutely ruined my stay she was slamming doors and I just walked out without eating breakfast, I’ll never return to your hotel in Dumas Tx again

I thought the hotel was very nice. The front staff was welcoming and the hotel was very clean. I did appreciate the plank floors in my room because we have a dog.
