I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

Being new, the rooms are small, but neat and clean. They are very colourful, as you can see from the photos. There's a rooftop pool, possibly the smallest hotel pool ever, yet quite deep. Good for cooling off and for its views of the city. If there are sufficient guests, breakfast may be a buffet on the top floor, which is quite good. Otherwise, you only get to order a meal and one drink from the cafe next to reception. As is often the case in the Philippines, the choice is extremely limited in that case. It's hard to rate the hotel's value, when these are two vastly different situations. You can have 4 or 5 or more glasses of juice at the breakfast buffet, or only 1 if that's not operating. I'll be generous and rate it very good, but that assumes they supply the decent breakfast. If you get stuck with the cafe breakfast, I'd downgrade it to average.

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... A standard room that is clean and spacious is what this hotel offers. It does meet my expectation plus the fact that the hotel staff are nice and accomodating. This hotel is a block away from the famous Sans Rival Cakes and Pastries and a walking distance to the boulevard. It has all the amenities of a good hotel. The wireless network is fast too. It also offers airport pick-up and drop off services for php300. It also has an adjacent restaurant. The only setback is, you cannot adjust the aircon's temperature to your liking. I think the airconditioning of this hotel is centralized. There is also an elevator and stairs you can choose from. Overall, this hotel is one of the best places to stay in Dumaguete. Price is affordable too.

The location of the hotel is convenient since it is at the center of the town. There are a lot of stores and restaurants/food shops nearby. The Boulevard is within walking distance too. Though we when we park at the basement, it was kinda dirty and creepy too. You have to use the stairs to go up to the lobby. But overall we enjoyed our stay there and its budget saver. The staff were approachable.

It's OK, in the urban location, when the clerk is focusing on the Bible, it is a scene. I asked the boat to go to Mint and answered the questions very enthusiastically. I also called me to confirm. The room we have seen other people's comments to set the three-person room, really a lot of space.

i like this hotel even before, for its cleanliness, the location is very good and their staff before are so friendly, but recently their rules are too tight and the hotel staff are so annoying, it seems they are always in a hurry in kicking you out…

Mauvais choix pour ma part, maximum 1 étoile, situé dans le centre ville, l'entrée de cet établissement se fait au fond d'un couloir sous une arcade commerçante, pas facile à trouver ! Bon accueil, demande de dépôt 500 rp, pas d'ascenseur, ma chambre au 2 eme étage, on m'a proposé de monter mes bagages, quelle surprise, je ne m'attendais pas à un endroit aussi basique vu les commentaires et les annonces des escrocs Booking et Agoda; pièce sombre et vieillotte, il faut l'éclairage en permanence, pas de fenêtre, pas de table, ni de chaise, vieilles étagères abimées, même pas une bouteille d'eau ! 2 lits étroits, salle de bain avec douche. Par contre clim et wifi correct, ensemble propre. Vraiment déçu, de plus pas bon marché, je me suis bien fait avoir pas les avis de Tripdvisor....Complètement déconseillé.

The room was better than I expected, how they set up the interior was really clever, I love how they’ve setup a multi-purpose table that can be useful for anything — eating, working, storage of some of my important belongings. The lamp was really nice, too. It actually looked pretty classy. And the bed is what I have hoped for, especially after a really hectic day. The life-size mirror was a plus. I loved how they had breakfast served in plates but it came up with a complimentary buffet-style variety of drinks and some bread and jam. The marmalade and berry jam were really delicious. The staff were really helpful and nice. They even recommended places to check out. The place is across the wet market and beside the building is a pharmacy/convenience store.
