Hotels with Parking in Dumaguete

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

Good, clean room with nice room service serving good food, nice swimming pool. Nice view from the balcony of the mountains. TV was a good size with excellent channel selection. Wasn't too expensive, but I believe rates have now gone way up.

Mauvais choix pour ma part, maximum 1 étoile, situé dans le centre ville, l'entrée de cet établissement se fait au fond d'un couloir sous une arcade commerçante, pas facile à trouver ! Bon accueil, demande de dépôt 500 rp, pas d'ascenseur, ma chambre au 2 eme étage, on m'a proposé de monter mes bagages, quelle surprise, je ne m'attendais pas à un endroit aussi basique vu les commentaires et les annonces des escrocs Booking et Agoda; pièce sombre et vieillotte, il faut l'éclairage en permanence, pas de fenêtre, pas de table, ni de chaise, vieilles étagères abimées, même pas une bouteille d'eau ! 2 lits étroits, salle de bain avec douche. Par contre clim et wifi correct, ensemble propre. Vraiment déçu, de plus pas bon marché, je me suis bien fait avoir pas les avis de Tripdvisor....Complètement déconseillé.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

One of the best places to eat breakfast if your visiting Dumeguete. This little cafe opens early and serves local favorites as well as a few unique dishes. My favorite has been the churro waffles but I'm still working my way though the rest of the menu. They have a very friendly staff and have never been too crowded. A must visit for anyone hungry in the morning or just wants a good cappuccino.

The room was ok but their are minor issues that may cause uneasy. 1st the elevator was not functioning when we areived so we walked up to 5th floor bringing our bags/ luggages, 2nd the lock of the bathroom is somehow lack of maintenance, 3rd the remote control for the tv was not functioning and I requested to help us about the remote but no one comes to help. Addition hoping to have 2 pillows per person for additional comfort.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been here in Dumaguete. The best place to stay. All staff are very accomodating everybody gives quality service they kept on smiling,friendly and easy to deal with. They have Also restaurant in house. The food is superb 👌 Must try their menu of the day / Bestseller menu ☺️ They make you feel comfortable in All ways. Nothing compares ❤️

The place is perfect for those traveling with a tight budget. As for me, we were wanting to explore the city and the neighboring nature destinations - so it didn't make sense to check in an expensive hotel as we didn't plan to lounge in the hotel. The room rates are budget friendly - the beds and the AC was okay. Room had a tv with cable, but wifi was not working most of the time, but its okay because Mobile data was strong enough as the hostel is within the city. The only issue I have was with the bathroom. It was nice, had a sink, a hot/cold shower and a large toilet. However, the bathroom had a divider on the floor separating the shower and toilet - but the toilet part of the room had no floor drain. So tendency is, if you spill or splash water to the toilet part of the bathroom, it will stay on the floor and would flood the other half. But all in all, the stay was great.

All staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.
