Dirty floor, window looks at the wall, you can't dry your clothes, pillows are just a name, the room was free, we asked to check in a couple of hours early, they didn't let us in, only for money) well, their rules of course. But you can tolerate it for a couple of days, considering the cost, then it's ok

Good location in the very center and in the same building with 7/11. Nearby is the cathedral, park and embankment.

Not considerate. We weren’t able to go back to Dumaguete from Siquijor due to irregular weather condition and opt to request cancellation. I even requested as early as 5am but it was rejected. I’m so disappointed.
