Very good hotel, cost-effective, good hotel service, will definitely choose to live here next time, in short, very satisfied with a stay. The leader was very satisfied with the leadership of the hotel.

Location is nice, rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Our tv didn't work and they moved us to another room and fixed the problem right away.

Hotel very clean and quiet. I love staying here. Convenient to Atlanta and Stone Mountain. This was my 6th time staying there in last 4 years. There are several places to eat at close by. There is Mega Mart a Korean grocery store in the Gwinnett Mall. About 12 miles to Stone Mountain and 22 miles to Atlanta.

The general manager Steve Wells was so accommodating and welcoming! He was able to have everything ready for our event in the hotel conference room, receive packages for us, and make sure everyone on our team was taken care of during our stay. Will definitely be coming back to host more meetings in the future.

Our stay here was okay, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and it's located in a great location. However, the hotel could use a good Deep cleaning and it feels like it was a very nice place at one time but could now use some updates.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We received our room which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has many amenities. Housekeeping did a great job daily and replenished towels, cups, etc. We also ate breakfast at the 401 Bistro daily which was great food and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoy this hotel so much we always stay here when traveling to Duluth, GA. There is also many restaurants, small town shops and a park to relax across the street from the hotel.

While the hotel is clean and nice the check in process was horrible the person working 3-11-4-12 had a very nasty attitude. My husband and I went out to eat and go to a spa with friends and got back to the hotel around 3 am when we came out to go to breakfast we found that several cars in the lot has been vandalized but having their windows busted including ours. The hotel staff was outside trying to clean the glass away before people go out to see what happened luckily we got out there before they could get to the glass near our window so we didn’t have any proof or photos to take. I didn’t feel safe staying there another night if I was able to get my window fixed for fear thatthh ge try would bust it again. Unfortunately with the Memorial Day holiday no one could come out so we ended up having to tape the window up and schedule an appt back home 4 hours away. I do not recommend staying here if you value your vehicle because they will remind you they have a sign posted it’s at your own risk as if you can fold your car up and take it with you!

Good morning, Unfortunately, I was very displeased with the conditions of the room, that I purchased on memorial day weekend, which costed me $247.12 plus $50 dollar deposit, which was refundable. with the conditions of the room, (in my opinion) there shouldn't be a deposit AT ALL!! Upon arrival as I entered the room, I immediately smelled the stinch smell... maybe it's the carpet that needs to be deep cleaned or maybe the room hasn't been getting cleaned like it should be. there was also urine present under-neat the rim of the toilet seat, along with urine and tissue present in the toilet, so therefore it was NOT CLEANED!! There was paint peeling throughout the entire room. there were also rusted areas around the doors and hinges and on the outside of the refrigerator door, at the bottom. I seen a roach that was present on the wall, along side the curtain by the window, there were white paint stains on the curtains which was noticeable. I didn't mention to my daughter, who was present with me at the time, ALL of what I seen, because I didn't want her to freak out!! The white covers on the bed closest to the air condition, had brown stains on them. scribble writing was present on the lamp, that sits on the desk....but I thank GOD I came with all of my cleaning supplies, like I would normally do anyway, because I literally had to wipe down and sanitize everything in the room, before I brought our belongings into the room. Unfortunately, if I could have afforded to stay somewhere else, I would have but every where else was booked for the weekend, with extremely expensive high prices for hotel rooms. Needless to say, the price that we as people pay to stay somewhere when we have to travel, the accommodations should match pricing!!

We stayed at this property last night for a quick overnight stay while visiting Atlanta to watch the Braves play. We almost always stay at Hilton properties and have been to a lot of Embassies. This was one of the more modern and nicer ones. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Perhaps my favorite thing about this hotel was the “Happy Hour” snacks and drinks. With a full buffet, we were able to eat a light dinner (chicken tenders, fried okra, salad, pasta, pimento cheese and other spreads and even banana pudding!) and save money at the ballpark. Overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely stay again if in the area!
