Bémol sur le stationnement
Bon séjour un seul bémol il est annoncé une place de parking mais elle est inexistante et contrairement aux éléments annoncés sur la réservation ,le seul stationnement proposé à l'hôtel était un stationnement public situé dans la rue adjacente mais il n'y avait aucune place disponible ce soir là...

Very nice place to eat and sleep. Dogfriendly even to our big ”best”. Lovely old building with a lot of good feeling. We really loved it.

Frites et salade excellentes, mais c'est bien la seule chose en ce qui concerne la nourriture. Coquelet totalement insipide et dessèché. Bu un "Grain noir" de Jean-Jacques Steiner qui lui aussi était excellent. Mais au vu du prix de l'addition finale, on se croirait dans le même genre de foutage de gueule que la plupart des restos genevois.

C'est une expérience formidable: les poulets grillés le sont au feu de bois, devant une cheminée qui brûle toute la soirée et donne aux poulets un fumet incomparable. Les frites et les röstis sont délicieux et le poulet juste divin, servi dans son jus et prédécoupé. Le dessert est léger et sucré, sorte de gâteau à l'oeuf et au sucre. Le personnel est sympathique et le vin fameux. Une expérience à renouveler le plus vite possible. Le meilleur restaurant de la région!!!!!

à part quelques concessions, du genre truite fumée ou gigot d'agneau, il s'agit ici du temple du poulet naturel cuit au feu de bois devant une muraille verticale de braise renouvelée. Avec un accueil rabelaisien d'un patron polyglotte et toujours souriant
