酒店值得誇獎的衹有兩點：晨起的風景很好，房間衞生保潔阿姨收拾得很乾凈
其餘全是拉胯，服務是我幾十年住酒店中最差勁的，無論節期與否，開門做買賣、酒店做服務就應該保證基本服務。前台就兩個男的，其中有一個高個子的態度極差，無論尋求任何幫助幾乎得不到任何有效解決，掛在嘴上的永遠是我們酒店不是24小時服務，8-22:00才有工作人員。下午14:00開始打前台電話要麼佔線要麼關機，衹能靠人找人、基本靠吼來通訊，最奇葩的是19:00尋求服務，高個子服務員電話裏直接告知整個酒店已沒服務人員，因為人手不夠，非週末住店客人少，工作人員忙自己的事了，無法理解，如果酒店發生火災怎麼辦？如果盜賊進店偷搶住客怎麼辦？反問服務時間不是到22點麼？（還好攜程平台全程錄音留痕）酒店又開始各種心虛想通過減免相應費用安撫住客。這種不把住客生命安全、財產安全當回事的商家簡直就是變相的謀財害命！！！服務最低衹能打0.5分，如果可以打負分那肯定是負分！

公司團建來這家民宿打卡。據説所有裝修都是民宿老闆親自設計親自建設完成的，充滿禪的意境。這家民宿在青城山半山腰上，環境超好。每間房都能看到延綿山景，空氣極佳，超級治癒。老闆和管家當晚為我們準備了豐盛的晚餐和烤全羊，我們一行18人都很滿意，這次體驗極好。強力推薦。非常適合團建，或者家庭出遊。
