絕對是我這一次來成都體驗感最差的一家酒店！！！去都江堰之前在網上找了半天才選的這家，辦理入住時想要個高點的樓層，前台告知酒店衹有三層，一、二兩層電梯直達，第三層要爬樓梯上去，於是訂了一個二樓的，首先房間打開一股味道（下午1點多出門，在外面轉到晚9:30以後回去的，關鍵我還把排風開了一下午，但味道仍然很重，絲毫沒有減輕），並且凳子上都好臟，下午出去還特意買了一瓶酒精回來把桌、椅、床全部噴了一遍。這個還不是最糟糕的，最最讓人無語的是房間的隔音效果極差！隔壁房間的人打開水龍頭、説話、咳嗽的聲音一清二楚，並且窗外車來車往的鳴笛聲好吵，一晚上幾乎沒睡，半夜直接崩潰的坐在床上！看着旁邊熟睡的娃，如果我此時換房間會影響我娃的休息，出門在外，本來走一天就很累了，晚上想好好休息一下，結果這酒店環境直接讓人氣的睡不着。就這樣的環境與品質，根本不值兩百多！而且上午訂的時候價格是237，晚上的時候瞅了一眼，居然價格變成185了，即便185我覺得都不值！絕對真實的評價

房間裝修味道很大！訂的房間與實際入住房間不相符，當我們23:30游完回到酒店與前台協商更換房間無果時，前台建議我們退房！🤣前台解決問題的態度也特別差，自己開錯房，還怪我們發現晚了，半夜讓我們退房。
