Even lunchen… Wij zijn ons dood geschrokken! Wat ooit een mooi, goed en schoon hotel was is tegenwoordig blijkbaar een luxe AZC. En dat terwijl de verloedering en verpaupering her en der ook al goed zichtbaar is. Bizar dat zo’n keten zich omwille winstbejag heeft ingelaten met het opvangen van asielzoekers. Medewerkers weten zich ook geen raad en lopen stoïcijns rond te dwalen. Voor ons nooit geen Van der Valk Duiven meer. Met gierende banden weg daar!

In de lift kwamen wij grote groep buitenlanders tegen, vol bepakt en donker getint. Somaliers, hele gezinnen met kinderen. We zijn uit de lift gegaan want we willen geen rode hond oplopen of erger. Deze worden op de 2 de en 3 de verdieping onder gebracht. Eten doen ze niet in het restaurant. Zeker in de conferentie zalen eerste verdieping. Verder was het heel rustig in het hotel wat ons opviel. In de avond spelen de kinderen van die asielzoekers op het trapportaal. Wij zaten op de 9 de verdieping en hadden er weinig last van. Blijft een smet op dit mooie hotel waar je je niet thuis voelt met in de lift tjokvol Somaliërs die stinken en voluit samenklonteren en geen woord nl spreken Dat het zo stil was bij het diner en ontbijt spreekt boekdelen. Nooit meer dit azc van der Valk.

Met een groep van 13 personen gereserveerd voor volgende week zondag. Al weken van te voren gedaan. Komen ze vandaag met een mailtje dat ze een bruiloft hebben. Lijkt me dat je dit al weet ? Schandalig geen excuus niks. Mensen moeten ook extra vrij nemen ervoor. Lekker last minute. Totaal niet gastvrij ! Nooit meer

Ik weet niet waar ik moet beginnen. In en in triest deze zaak! Werkelijk een AZC... De toiletten waren zo intens vies dat je liever in de struiken buiten gaat zitten. Het eten was koud!! En klap op de vuurpijl...de plek waar wij zaten...moesten zelfs wachten omdat er gestofzuigd werd. Toen konden wij gaan zitten...stoelen zo erg vies...onder de tafel lag van alles...het rook er erg smerig .....de bediening...catastrofe..wisten niets van etiquette.... Wij komen er NOOIT meer!!! Beneden pijl....

Ik verblijf ca. 15 weken per jaar in een Valk Hotel. Vorige week nog met plezier in Assen verbleven. Had een reservering voor deze week in Valk Arnhem A2. Wilde digitaal betalen, echter ideal deed het niet. Om gerust te zijn receptie gebeld, en de geruststellende mededeling gekregen dat het geen probleem was om morgen te voldoen. Kreeg vervolgens een mail dat mijn reservering was geannuleerd! Dus weer gebeld, en doodleuk te horen gekregen dat het Hotel nu is volgeboekt...en het moet doen met Sorry meneer... Er was geen manager volgens Iris, en kreeg ook niet te horen wie ik morgen met mijn probleem kan confronteren. Onacceptabel en on V/d Valk!! Bizar als je weet hoeveel overnachtingen ik al jaren in de hele keten heb ...Zeer teleurgesteld en ga voor de toekomst andere opties zoeken, en mijn ervaring zeker delen in mijn zakelijke netwerk. Onfatsoenlijk!
