Very pleasant and charming hotel. Rooms are nice, view is perfect! The most important - the staff is incredible friendly and willing to help in any situation. Highly recommend this place. And I think the hotel has the potential to become 5 star.

We stayed her 4 nights in july out of our 14 days in france. We really liked the hotell, the sourundings and staff working there. Nothing to complain about at all. Rooms were clean. Food was excellent Breakfust just perfect Beach could not be closer and perfect for children. We would love to come back Love from sweden

Choix de la carte très limité. Panacher un accompagnement du plat principal n'est possible qu'avec supplément !!! Si vous voulez une glace 2 boules , c'est le prix de 2 glaces !!! Poussent un peu trop à la consommation.

Een hotel waar je volop kunt genieten binnen en buiten! Heel mooie en verzorgde kamers met prachtig uitzicht! Restaurant ook heel goed en de massages : zalig! Verbeterpuntje voor het ontbijt : meer variatie is nodig aangezien we er langer verbleven bv. Verschillende warme eierbereidingen.

My daughter and I went for a spa day at the Villa Caroline. We each enjoyed the most perfect massage from Sindy, the beauty therapist. I drifted blissfully as the knots in my muscles melted away under Sindy's magical fingers. We relaxed afterwards in their perfect spa space, complete with sauna and steam room. Before my massage I enjoyed coffee in the gardens which open directly on the lake, with a gate leading to a small beach. The setting looks absolutely perfect. We sadly ran out of time to enjoy a meal but the tables set on the terrace looked so inviting: I am looking forward to going back :)

Nous passions souvent devant cet établissement que nous avions vu construire....Un samedi après-midi à l'heure de l'apéritif, une curiosité ,tout est réuni pour pousser la porte et découvrir ce lieu magique. Un havre de paix loin de la foule,une équipe accueillante,des serveurs souriants et la magie opère pour notre plus grand bonheur. La nature ,le lac à deux pas,la vue sur les montagnes nous font comprendre combien les clients de l'hôtel sont des privilégiés pour nous qui avons la chance d'habiter dans le village voisin. Nous avons regardé la carte du restaurant associé Le Lisca.L'offre est réduite mais la lecture ne peut que nous inciter à réserver une table pour un prochain repas. Une petite remarque valable pour tous les restaurants : Revoyez le prix de votre offre de vins car à terme la clientèle ne consommera plus ou se limitera au verre ( même si la plus value est intéressante),il est préférable de vendre plus au juste prix que peu à des tarifs qui ne seront plus abordables ...

Beautiful location, but a serious flaw in how the hotel handles early checkouts. We stayed 4 nights in the family apartment — two adults, a toddler, and an infant. The view over the lake and mountains was stunning, and the staff we met during the day were lovely. But our departure was a disaster. We had an early flight and informed reception the day before that we'd be checking out around 6 AM. Since there's no staff or reception service overnight, we were told to just leave the key card on the desk and let ourselves out. At 6:01 AM, the key card stopped working. I had just taken our luggage to the car, and when I went back for the last small bag — which included baby formula and bottles — the door wouldn't open. No staff. No help. No one answered the emergency line. We had to leave without those essentials and scramble to replace them at the airport. This could’ve been much worse — imagine if a child had been left in the room. There is no excuse for a hotel not to have a working system in place for early departures, especially when they've been notified ahead of time. Really disappointing end to an otherwise good stay.

Super hôtel au bord du Lac très reposant et dépaysant ! Magnifique vue ! Tout était parfait ! Nous avons pu se garer sur le parking avant la remise des clés et nous sommes partis en vélo. Très bon accueil et serviable ! Petit déjeuner copieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
