We moved to this hotel after being abused and insulted by the feral staff at the Rixos Duhok. Our room (a suite) was newly refurbished with a sitting room and new bathroom. Truly excellent staff who did everything to welcome us and make us comfortable. Yes the hotel is not brand new, but 1000 times better than the shameful Rixos.
