Ddk Hotel Duhok

The hotel was amazing, I stayed with family and the team were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and items varied daily. The spa facilities were excellent and very clean. Rooms were spacious and clean with spectacular views of the mountains. A huge thank you to Alind, Ali, Hussein, Golden, Noori, Rejhin, Shireen, the breakfast staff and security personnel for looking after us. We will no doubt be back. It's our NO1 choice for Duhok and will definitely recommend to others. Keep up the amazing work you should all be very proud of yourselves.

DDK hotel is one of the best hotels around the Duhok which contains best room with a best prices, the locations is very good near to gym and cafeshops like ***** cafe adn DDK cafe and ***** sport center, the staff is very kind and respectful thanks everyone

NOT RECOMMENDED! POOR SERVICES 1- the reception supervisor or the general manager of the hotel was very unwelcoming and was shouting at the poor reception clerks and swearing at them for a subject i could not understand! He was shouting ( i can fire all of you guys! And continued swearing at them in front of me for over 30 mins while they were processing my reception 2- we went to swimming pool and the pool water was super cold we could not swim and decided to exit the pool, the sauna room was not working, only the steam bath was functional ! 3- the elevator was not working properly! We got stuck in the elevator twice during our stay and it was very terrifying! The label in the elevator stated that 8 persons are allowed in while it got stuck halfway while we were only four persons, we forced the elevator to open and luckily we got out alive! 4- the water pressure at the toilet was terrible ! You would have to have a shower to clean your bottom. 5- the hotel does not provide slippers, you have to bring your own.

I had a good experience with this hotel, the staff are friendly in the reception (Goldan and Eland). I had a problem because I double booked and they solved it without any issues or extra payments. It’s also in a good area Dr Muthana Al-Dulaimi

A beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet hotel, and the restaurant offers a wide and delicious choice of food, but the elevator was out of order for 4 days and was not repaired during the stay. Free parking and security, nice stuff. Price is normal comparing to others.

Lets start from the beginning.. stuff unfriendly, second the hitel walls are cartoon like.. in the seventh floor and we couldn’t stand the traffic sound in the rooms. In 2023 and the ool is still reserved for men only. We understand the culture but at least a schedule for firls only and boys only times would be fair. I am a mom of 2 boys, we took 2 rooms.. the nanny that’s supposed to sleep with the kids was forced to sleep on the floor without extra bed and without cover due to lack of extra beds or baby beds or at leats extra mattress.. which was unacceptable for us. As a regular vacation seekers… we would bever come visit again.
