園區環境不錯
酒店內部窗户沒擦乾淨都是抹布痕跡 衞生間沒拖鞋（光腳洗了個澡）床兩邊缺少插座以外 衞生還算挺好
前台辦理入住的女服務人員戴口罩長頭髮態度不好 問一句話脾氣不耐煩 最後説一下最不合理的地方 為什麼按金要三天才能退？不是應該檢查完房間就立刻退嗎？誰能保證三天衹有一波客人住？像我們外地去的難道還要等三天才能走嗎？這點確實不合理，其實酒店在景區裏面景色也挺好的，如果好好用心經營一定會不錯的，希望下次再去以上不足會有改觀吧，我為什麼説退按金不合理，因為我是週五住的，明天週三了按金還沒退回來！！！

首先地方環境很好，風景很漂亮。
一.衞生間地漏很高，根本不排水，洗完澡踩的房間全是水，拖鞋都是濕的
二.房間衞生真的很差，有蟲子，有蒼蠅，被褥潮濕。
三.早餐差的用離譜都沒法形容了。
四.整個景區很大，吃飯的衹有一家食堂吃快餐，還有一家燒烤酒館，裏面有十幾個品的串，全部是凍串，我吃了直接竄稀。景區方圓40公里沒有外賣，沒有超市。

房間內設施不完善 床頭沒有充電插頭 需要在辦公桌附近充電 無線網也是不好用的 缺少電視 因為手機充電時就沒什麼做的 衞生間有異味 需要關門 其他都還好 服務也還可以 房間裝修設計我很喜歡 躺在床上非常舒適

這次入住阿木塔月光毛氈房的體驗非常令人失望，整體衞生狀況堪憂，酒店管理存在明顯問題。第一，房間清潔嚴重不到位。衞生間非常不乾淨，地漏堆積大量頭髮，令人極其不適。房內多次發現昆蟲，包括死蟲和活蟲，活蟲忍了是後進來的，死蟲那麼多就不應該了。第二，房間存在空氣質量與黴菌問題。明顯聞到新裝修的異味及發黴氣味，牆面可見黴斑。第三，酒店未能一視同仁對待客人。我們觀察到有其他客人由電瓶車接送至房間區域，但當我們因行李較多、退房不便請前台幫忙聯繫時，前台卻以“車輛為工作人員使用，不提供給客人”為由拒絕提供幫助，這種區別對待令人無法接受。此外，房間內未配備電視，園區19點左右基本全黑且無任何娛樂設施，極為不便。

房間很有特色，設施齊全，美中不足的是牀頭櫃沒有集成開關插座，不便關燈和手機充電。度假區裏風景絕美，非常值得來。

建議衞生間放洗浴專用拖鞋。房間內放置垃圾桶。其餘都很好，乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，環境優美！

房間設施都很全，空調冰箱都有，總而言之就是很不錯，寶寶們玩的也開心，大人吃的也挺好。阿不塔第一次來的非常之驚喜。前台老弟必須給個👍解釋耐心認真負責
