Premier Inn Dudley Town Centre

Arrived in the evening and waited an eternity for someone to appear at the front desk. Finally got to the room and not a towel in sight. Room had an awful smell and the bathroom was filthy. The shower was full of mould and the soap dispensers didn’t work. Also a leak in the bathroom as the floor was soaked. We will not be staying here again.

Great three day break, exploring the area and located right next door to the Black Country museum. Good food and excellent service and advice. Thank you Gusjut and Chloe for enhancing our stay.

Had a good stay. Hotel quiet and neat. Just think it was a bit pricey and would have lived to have a microwave in the room or general use one be made available for guest even if it will cost a fee.

Lovely clean hotel, staff are very polite and attentive. Went the extra mile leaving drinks and biscuits in the room for the children, much appreciated. Only downside is gets v busy at breakfast and WiFi often not great. Would definitely recommend.

This is a good quality Travelodge. Extremely clean and in a convenient location. We had a good night’s sleep and woke refreshed. Cannot comment on the food or drink as we did not visit the cafe bar as we used the hotel as a base for a family celebration. Would certainly stay again.

Great location for us. Free/plenty of parking. No air conditioning on a red hot night wasn’t ideal. Top floor room so limited window opening. Really clean. Restaurant and bar seriously let this hotel down for me. Not much advertised on the food menu, was actually available couldn’t order my first 3 choices of food as there was “no gravy” Ordered the tikka masala and it was not pleasant at all. No flavour, just ridiculously hot, not in a nice way. Ordered a pint of lager shandy, and a can of Pepsi max - £10.50!!! Absolutely disgusting prices!! The food and drinks spoilt our stay. L
