March in Duck is always a crapshoot weather wise. We’re very familiar with the area and just wanted a getaway in the area.

We enjoyed our time at this resort. Great unit and beautiful area. Our family had fun shopping and visited some great restaurants as well. Not too crowded this time of year.

Stayed again in my lock-out *** top floor (owned since it was built in 1989) with unobstructed view of the sunset over the sound (even deer in the septic field lawn which can't be built on). And the Atlantic Sunrise over the dunes is on premises! But even though I love the location with striking distance to the 4WD beach and rode my E-bike 11 miles to the Virginia border, the original formica counters are the most disappointing (prominent burn mark in 515 for over 20 years and wood trim edges worn), along with the uncomfortable furniture. They should have done better with all the "special" extra maintenance charges. I miss the MBR jacuzzi that sold me in the 80s! Sorry, sunrise and sunset photos are heic format and cannot be loaded.

Recently stayed in a three bedroom two bathroom unit. The unit was recently updated and had a great view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and balcony. The resort was quiet but most things were open. The beach access is the best part of this resort. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a low key getaway on the beach.

Very pleasant week. Quiet and peaceful. Beach was beautiful . Unit needs a new carpet and some minor work. We love the area of Duck.

The unit was so neglected! There were dead bugs laying on the filthy carpet. The kitchen cabinets didn’t close. When I called to tell them about the bugs(roaches) they never came to check. Very disappointing. No TV in bedroom. When I asked they dropped off a tiny tv at my door but the unit is so old there were no cable outlets.

We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves.

Looks good from the outside but poorly maintained on the inside? Furniture very uncomfortable for a weeks stay. 1st floor units are suseptible to noise from above units. This is just a run of the mill accommodations if u can accept just that!
