We informed them our flight was delay4 hours. We were told to go to a lock box for our keys, they were not in there. Called after hours number an hour later a young lady arrives with the keys. We go to the unit and it was not cleaned after previous tenant. Had to call again young lady shows up with different unit, we get there and it’s a third floor walk up. The next day they want us to move I refused as being a senior citizen it’s was difficult enough to get our things yo the walk up. Units are old need work, safety handles in tub missing, missing handles on drawers. Three flights of stairs in hot sun, these units are not senior citizen friendly. Outdoor shower not well maintained. If you unit is near the beach you’re ok if your unit is near the office it’s a long walk to the beach. I wouldn’t go there again too rundown, water is yellow. Hauling groceries up to third floor is difficult especially cases of water and heavy suit cases.

Best tip: put the fan on constant. Otherwise, you'll have an upstairs and downstairs that is close to 10° difference. Lots of steps but amazing and roomy. Except the couches, not sure I've ever sat in a more uncomfortable couch 😆 i was going to get it four stars bc of things that needed repaired but the staff was so accommodating I had to give 5. All 3 washing machines weren't working and they don't have a maintenance man currently, so they worked on them for about 45 min. Got one working and actually fished out and transfered my clothes that were submerged in water from the non working one to a working one. What staff would ever do that?? It has it's own private road and parking for beach access. Loved it.

It was bigger than I expected and the bedrooms were separated from each other which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and the larger bedroom had its own TV which was convenient. The bed was hard and the mattress cover nearly non existent. The top sheet came off each time I moved around.
Be prepared for a lack of Wi Fi and lack of cell reception.
It was alittle dated but I would definitely stay here again.

We, loved our stay! The unit that we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, and the facility grounds were very easy to navigate and access to the Beach was great. While there, we saw dolphins, in the ocean as well as seagulls, pelicans, and deer from our large balcony as well as beautiful sun rises every morning. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing!! The Administrative and maintenance staff were very friendly and accommodating!!!
