スタッフがチェックインの時にお迎えと書いてあるが、スタッフとは一度も会うことができなかった。
エクスペディアのチャットに問い合わせてようやく、ポストの鍵で部屋を開けるよう指示を受けることができた。
部屋を間違えられ、ダブルの部屋を予約したがシングルの部屋に宿泊することになり返金もされなかった。
宿泊中に他の宿泊者も同じようにチェックイン出来ておらず、他人のチェックインを私がするという手間をとられた。
立地は良いがスタッフの対応はとても悪い。

This property is in a great location, only 2 staircases down from the Main Street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is on a different floor from two of the rooms which is a little tricky and the stairs are hard to walk down in the middle of the night. Other than that it is a cozy stay.

I would give this hotel a rating of zero if possible. They advertise that they have air-conditioning in the room and then when you arrive it does not have air-conditioning. I am here in June and it’s very hot day and Petra and her sister are very rude. Stay FAR AWAY from this hotel if you want to have an enjoyable time in Dubrovnik.
