A very lovely guesthouse ... some distance to the main town but walkable. Even though the room was a bit dated, it was clean, comfortable and secure - overall certainly value for money. The owners were a nice couple, very welcoming even though they didn't quite understand me but everything was OK ! Overall value for money. I like this place very much ! Recommended.

A hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. IVAN is really super friendly and gives people a very friendly and relaxing feeling. The hotel is not far from the old town of Dubrovnik. You can also see the sea blowing on the road..... Anyway, it's over for the family members! ! !

One of the owners a older gentleman, named Ivan, was very friendly & tried to be helpful. The thing that bothered me though is that the room didn’t look like anything in the Reservation photos. I felt it was false advertising. The bed only had a sheet cover & a thin sheet. It got cold at night. I was disappointed in the room for what we paid for it. The room was clean though with hot water.

Stayed here for three nights as we wanted somewhere inexpensive just as a base for exploring Dubrovnik. Location is fine, around a 15-minute stroll from the entrance to the Old Town and less than 10 minutes away from the nearest beach (Bellevue). Owners are lovely and greeted us with a cold can of beer each! Rooms fairly small and basic but air con worked well and bed was comfortable enough. Loved the outdoor terrace surrounded by gardens, with lovely views looking out towards the mountains.

Excellent experience at Raguz! The owners are a very charming couple that did everything to make a very good stay. The room was nice and clean, great bathroom and air conditioner. The house is full of beautiful flowers. The apartment is 20min walking from the old town, but it was not a problem to us. We managed to walk, take local buses and uber. Also, there is an amazing beach nearby the house, called Belle Vue, you should definitely visit it.
