Location is pretty good just over 10 minutes walk from the Old town although it's a very difficult walk up lots of steps (even if you are young and fit) and especially in the scorching heat so be warned! Apartment is spacious although decor is very old and dated and the whole place smells quite musky. Also the apartment wasn't entirely clean as it was quite dusty, the towels provided were old and brittle and smelled funny. Nice good size kitchen with stove, kettle, fridge, dishwasher etc. Air cons were fully working although one of the remotes wasn't working. No shampoo or shower gel or soap was provided.

Absolutely perfect location as great view and very close to the old town. The family owners are super friendly. We'll come back again!

very nice. This location is a Dream house. If you can get a room, please do. I will never regret it. Money can't buy the scenery in front of you. The value is several times the price. The Adriatic Sea is right in front of you.
Old town is right in front of you. It's a leisurely stroll away, to old town.
There is also a kitchen, a large living room, a comfortable sofa, a large bed, a large shower room, and a huge garden in front of the door. If you look closely, you can see Kame-chan.
I wonder if the stairs are tough, a bit tough for people like me who don't have physical strength, but it's a distance that can be climbed slowly.
I feel like I'm going to get drunk with that view. Even without good wine, I'm drunk. Of course, good wine makes you feel even better. I am one of them.
Please take this location when you go to Croatia, Dubrovnik.

The old town view from the accommodation is so good! I went up and down 400 steps every day... I'm satisfied! If you have a carrier, take an Uber and go to the top road! Then you don't have to go up a few steps.

Stayed here for one night in July and wish we had longer Met at the airport by Marinko who couldn't have been more helpful greeted onarrival by the family and offered cold beers Apartment had everything you need and very clean View from balcony of Dubrovnik to die for. Short walk to the old town Really enjoyed our stay Recomended +++

The apartments has the best view one can ever get in Dubrovnik. And that's not the only best part, the best part is how well the owners will take care of you. Marinko and his mother treated us just as family and were very kind and sweet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. If you are worrying about the steps to the apartment, don't worry there is a road connection in between, where you can uber to and from the road to the apartment its just around 40-50 steps. Please don't let the steps deprive you of this gorgeous apartments with surreal views. Shout out to Marinko, his mom and his brother. Such sweet and caring hosts.

The apartment is perfectly located, just outside the city walls. You have to walk quite a few stairs, but also can take an uber. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view we had from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need and the owners were very nice and welcoming. We also booked our transfer through them. It was well-organised and a comfortable way to get to and from the airport.

I booked it for the view, which did not disappoint! I loved that view even though it came with many many many stairs (which I knew would be the case based on other reviews).
Friendly hosts, lovely and private terrace where I spent most of an afternoon with a book and some snacks, and comfortable living room for watching TV (I enjoyed some Seinfeld myself). I didn’t cook anything per se but it was nice to have a full stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker at my disposal. I found a convenience store and got some coffee grounds and milk to have my breakfast tradition away from home and that was nice too.
There’s even a turtle living in the garden, adding to the charm!
If your legs can take the climb, it’s well worth the stay.
