My and my husband spent a few days here in September, seems like a very nice place with nice breakfast. Location is excellent, just near the Lapad beach. If you are looking something near the old town, its better to book similar b&b downtown. Main sights in Lapad are beach areas, still with good bus connections. We liked it..

Not great
B&B really hard to find no signs outside showing where it is….apartment lovely and only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town on the bus….I did complain on the 2nd day that shower was flooding the bathroom floor this was never fixed I was there 5 days….bathroom stunk from dirty towels soaking up all the leaked water from shower….I did show this to hotel staff….never offered to clean this up…I had to ask for more clean towels…and toilet rolls….nothing gets offered…breakfast not the best….I don’t think value for money as this cost me quite a lot for 5 days

Loved our stay here. 2 adults plus 2 grown children, we had a 4 bed unit with a kitchen and 2 toilets but one shower. AC worked very well as it was hot out. Free parking, easy to Uber to Old Town or anywhere else if you don't want to take your car. Can walk to some restaurants and a little market next door for anything you need. My only suggestion is that it was hard to find the entrance and where to park, but thankfully I recognized the building from the online pictures and we figured it out. I would totally stay here if you're looking for a great hotel at a reasonable rate near Old Town without all the hassles of being near Old Town. Also - the included breakfast spread was excellent!

Friendly staff, free parking and well set out rooms. Breakfast included in stay - delicious and many items to choose from. We enjoyed staying out of Dubrovnik and close proximity to Lapad Harbour and many areas to swim. Shower can be a little leaky, but just ask for extra towels. Room cleaned each day. HANDY TIPS - catch bus #6 to and from the Old City - convenient clothes horse on each balcony - free parking

Reilun kokoinen moderni huone parvekkeella, jossa oli myös jääkaappi. Kauppa, bussipysäkki ja ravintolakatu aivan vieressä. Ainoa miinus oli aamiainen, jossa ei juuri vaihtelua ollut. Pyydettäessä sai erikoiskahvin, joka oli plussaa. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Tykkäsimme kovasti.

Eluize b+b is a lovely hotel for the independent travel large apartment, good breakfast will a good choice of dishes . 2 euro bus ride into Dubrovnik it takes about 20 mins , local supermarket and bakery 5 minutes away , we have spent a very enjoyable week there

Hôtel tout récent, moderne et propre. Literie confortable, belle petite terrasse, parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Très facile d’aller dans la vieille ville via le bus 6, juste en face de l’hôtel. De fait, pas bien indiqué mais pas eu de mal pour trouver grâce aux infos des voyageurs précédents : il faut suivre « D Élégance », l'entrée est à l’arrière du bâtiment et demander pour que l’on ouvre la barrière. Great bed and breakfast hotel, which is still relatively new. The rooms are well furnished and correspond to the description on the individual portals. We would book it again at any time. Small drawback, there is no German TV, but the WiFi is really good.
