Nice Good stay , comfortable nice rooms

Rooms are small and do not have air conditioning, the manager and owner is very rude, had to beg the owner to change the locks on the door because they were not working, the bathroom was extremely small and never had toilet paper, the bathroom also did not have a lock on the door. Please spend a little extra money because this place is horrible.

The location of Rooms Jozomare is perfect - right in the heart of Old Town. The bedroom was exactly as it appeared in the photos - spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom (shared by people in two other rooms) not so much. It was horrible! Smelly, dirty, no lock on the door, and tiny as well. It is closet size and up a flight of stairs. I could not envision myself visiting this bathroom in the early morning hours to possibly find someone else using it! I only stayed one night of a 6-night reservation. I asked for a refund as I didn’t know the bathroom was shared. I asked for a refund as there is no way I would take a shower in the shared smelly and dirty bathroom. When I complained, Iva, the woman working at the desk, said that they couldn’t clean the bathroom every 5 minutes. This bathroom has not been well cleaned in a very long time! I am very discouraged about the lack of refund, and the attitude of the staff about the lack of cleanliness and the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness (and a fresh smell).
