Excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town so easy popping back when needed. Good range of books, crockery, sunscreen and beach towels to use. Nikolina was very helpful and went the extra mile to provide a lovely welcome.

There are uphill climbs in the old city, so the location is not very accurate. I asked the stall owner and I didn’t know, but I finally found it. I needed to call the boss in advance to check in. Great location! Steps to an amazing swimming spot on the ocean, among the best I have ever seen. Just down the hill is great shopping and restaurants. Old Dubrovnik is very hilly and this street is no exception so don’t expect someone to come running to carry your bags for you.

Superb hotel right in the heart of old town. Really lovely room, extremely clean and well appointed, the host was so friendly and welcoming. This is my 2nd time visiting Dubrovnik and whilst there wasn’t availability first time round I’m really glad we managed to book this time. Would thoroughly recommend. Ps it is also very close to both of the bars that look out to sea the other side of the city walls.

Nikolina’s Villa is an excellent place to spend a great vacation. The hotel is very clean, well located on a quiet street, and features a charming room with a stone wall. Nikolina is very friendly and pleasant, and she recommended the best restaurants in town as well as the must-see tourist spots. We also benefited from the airport-to-hotel transfer, which was very convenient since the owner personally picked us up from the city’s main street. Villa Sigurata even provided us with beach towels. My son and I were very happy and satisfied with our stay at this charming hotel and in the wonderful city of Dubrovnik.
