I spent four wonderful nights here. The house is surrounded by quiet, beautiful trees and the hosteler was warm, friendly and patiently explained the map. The airport pick-up service is 30 euros, but when I was about to leave, I remembered that I had not made an appointment with the hosteler in advance. However, you can also take Uber, which costs about the same, but you have to carry your suitcase and walk up some stairs. There are not as many steps as in the ancient city.
The B&B is about half an hour's walk from the ancient city. There are pharmacies, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Prices are normal compared to the ancient city. It is highly recommended to live nearby. The hygiene is good and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Small clean guesthouse
On top of the hill, lots of steps to carry luggage. Nice view, 20min walk to old town. Über taxi convinient and cheap. Friendly hosts. Our room number 6 was quite small with nice bathroom, small fridge. Bed was too hard compared to hotel beds. Clean room. Outside nice terrace to sit. Overall nice stay.

The host was amazing! She had great recommendations of activities to do around Dubrovnik. The apartment was a great size and about a 15 minute was to town. It was quiet and had a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset.

Great property, just far enough out of town
We had the top floor apartment (no 7), it consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen diner area with a bed sofa.
The bed was really comfortable, shower was good, we never really used the kitchen other than for coffee etc.
Lovely view down the coast from the Juliet balcony, other rooms had a full balcony.
It's just a 15-20 minute walk into the Old town, or similar distance if you wanted to go to Lapad area.
Parking is up in private parking area on the hillside just above the property.
Access to the property from the car park is down some steps, there are also steps (142 of them) going down from the property to the main road which takes you in to the Old Town.
Recommendations for places to eat close by:
- Jacks Bar
- Marangun restaurant
Buy a Dubrovnik pass on day one, this also gives you free travel on the buses for the duration of the pass, we got the 7 day pass and it worked great.

Exactly What I Needed
My stay was perfect for what I intended to do in Dubrovnik. Communicative and helpful host and good location from what I could sum up! Would go back and stay in the location and with this host.
