The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful We asked to change rooms and we were accommodated easily and with a smile A really welcome hotel in an expensive city with very friendly staff together with an exceptionally clean environment A special thanks to all at the front desk. Very helpful concierge, waiting staff ( we arrived late and were able to get a very fast meal) and the very hard working young man who assisted with beach chairs on jetty opposite hotel. Ivana (the hotel manger) was excellent. We had a problem with our room and she took the time to listen to us and resolve that in a very friendly and efficient manner. The gym facilities are new and well maintained. The pool is clean and set against beautiful views. We visited in peak season and managed to get sunbeds no problem.

This hotel is lovely and clean and the main building beautiful BUT do not book an executive suite on the 7th floor. Advertised with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows that offer a view that makes your soul soar. In reality you have view from your room of plastic matting and concrete.

I love this hotel. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is modern and very clean. The swimming pool is amazing as are the views and the location is great. There is live music every evening. We stayed bed and breakfast. The breakfast selection was very good. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

The Hotel building is stunning , beach side view is superb, pool area is spotlessly clean and pleasant , the staff are all polite they work so hard . The things that really let it down is the breakfast , we stayed Bed & Breakfast and it was always lukewarm food , they just can’t keep it hot which is poor for a Platinum hotel , also my husband gave up asking for a tea with his breakfast as the teapot and water was never hot always lukewarm like the food. This really let it down big time for us, also the hotel advertises a private beach area which would be nice, but it was anything but private , it is based on concrete and shared with residents /locals and the sea access was via a ladder , no good to me i have a back disability , so we paid 30 euros to go further along where i could get in the sea easier, also on arrival the guy on reception was very offish and we was not given any real info and our rep (Tui) was no where to be seen all week . Apart from this the hotel is in a lovely location , but the bar drinks very pricey , we never ate at the hotel at all there due to this and the cold breakfast never gave us much hope to pay for a hot meal. If you go state you would like a high floor with sea view otherwise you will be disappointed especially if you get put round the side.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas moderno y bien ubicado. A 10 min en coche de la ciudad amurallada. Los cuartos con vista al mar valen la pena, al igual que el desayuno. La alberca está muy a gusto. Los masajes del spa no son muy buenos. La playa es pública, no hay camastros y en verano está muy llena.

El hotel está algo retirado del centro de la ciudad. Si está en un buen sitio especialmente adaptado a turistas, lo que conlleva los precios algo elevados. Además el hotel no tiene ascensor aunque tienen un botones que suele llevar las maletas. Si es un privilegio que el hotel esté a pie de playa solo hay que bajar unas pocas escaleras.

We have just completed 10 days at this lovely hotel, we would highly recommend staying here, the hotel is spotless, the staff are fantastic ( big shout out to David and the pool team who worked tirelessly to make everybody’s day) the food and the rooms very good as well. Thank you
