Very disappointed. I usually look for the best accommodation at any place where I go for a holiday.
This hotel with small rooms, no ventilation and poorly maintained small balcony with uncared for bushes and shrubs blocking any excess or views was not something I expected when I booked the place.
Food variety and quantity extremely small at least in room service.
Please replace the word “ Palace” or just delete it.
