Great location and clean rooms, but a few things fell short of 4-star standards. Room service wasn't very responsive, and basic amenities like bathrobes were missing. The pool area is spacious with spa options, but the water isn’t temperature-controlled. Breakfast had many choices, though the taste was average. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and assisted me in getting the Dubrovnik Pass, which I appreciated.

Greeted very flat. Room card stop working every day. Rooms are small with faux marble floors. Beds are all very very firm with flat pillows. Bathroom is a hot mess with crazy water pressure and no space and terrible showers. Only positive is location and the breakfast buffet is expansive. World never come back.

Lovely place! Great location, (Bord walk near with a lot of restaurants and shop, beach near and always spaces a the pool) beautiful hotel and amazing staff/manager. Very good service. Buffet breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. I recommend!

The building work going on around the hotel isn't great.. however the actual hotel is lovely. Great location in Lapad, so close to shops, bars, small beach & sea & even tennis courts. Hotel food, we thought was great. Plenty to eat we had breakfast & evening meal. Good quality tasty food. The hotel is very clean, spotless, our room (villa park) not main hotel. We had a large room 304 loved it. End room and very quiet! We didn't book sea views & didn't miss them as holiday was all about exploring Dubrovnik & Kotor (Montenegro) The reception, pool areas all extremely clean & modern. Staff were helpful, friendly & work very hard to maintain high standards. This hotel is perfectly located to catch local buses to get to the Old Town (10 minutes away) All in all we've had a wonderful holiday beautiful hot Dubrovnik

Stayed here as part of a large group. The hotel is beautiful and is in a great area. Rooms are lovely, would've preferred a sea view but still high floor was still good. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by. There was a fridge but it wasn't up to much. Plenty of storage. Air-conditioning works well. Kettle available. Room was very comfortable. Decent mirrors. Small balcony area with 2 seats and a table. Bathroom was good, with a rainfall shower, and lower quite powerful showerhead. There is a large restaurant, with a decent buffet breakfast available. Small shop and bar area available. There is a spa but didnt make use of it. Found the staff in that area a bit dismissive. They continued to talk in Croatian and ignored us standing there for a few minutes before eventually bothering to acknowledge us. Put me off booking with them. There is an indoor and outdoor pool area with decent pools if you are a lane swimmer. Plenty of beds available. There is also an outdoor bar, a swim-up bar, and an outdoor seating area for drinks and snacks. It is also possible to walk down. To the beach from the rear of the hotel. The only downside is the building work that is currently ongoing on the site by the pool, and also to the other side of the hotel. Not much that can be done about it but not the most relaxing. I would visit this hotel again but probably not while that is ongoing.
