Hotel was very nice overall. We stayed in the villa building and were very impressed with the views.
We have two, what we consider significant, complaints. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. This was resolved fairly quickly with a call to the front desk. The second complaint was that there was a water leak from the shower which left ＞1cm of water in the bathroom after each use. It used all of our towels and robes to soak up the water and we weren’t given fresh ones until we asked. We informed the front desk but nothing was done about it over our three night stay.
Breakfast buffet was well worth the extra charge. Old town was walkable. Lapad beach area and promenade were very nice.

A lovely hotel with great staff, food, pool and facilities in a nice location.
There are building works going on around the area and grounds but it didnt bother us.

Very nice place to stay, please be aware currently there are renovations happening to the grounds and surrounding buildings however it’s not too much of an inconvenience.

Enjoyed my stay. My pre-booked seaview room wasn't available when we arrived after a delayed flight, and we have to switch rooms in the morning. No discount or refund for the cheaper room we used for that first night. Everything was amazing after that.
