Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.
There are no questions about nature.

We had an amazing break away in Hotel Splendid. Staff were so accommodating and the food was lovely. Would recommend this hotel 100% 😊

There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry a suitcase up to the upper floors, but the hotel itself was great.
The beach on the premises was amazing.
There was a bus stop close to the hotel, and if you buy a Dubrovnik Pass, it's easy to get to the old town.
The price, including breakfast, was incredible.
