Although you have to take a bus or taxi from the old town, the room was spacious and clean, and there were supermarkets and affordable restaurants nearby, which was great. The owner was very kind and it was a very nice place to stay.

It is located in Dubrovnik New Town. It might be better than staying in the bustling old town after 15 minutes walk to the new town beach, 10 minutes by bus from the bus terminal and 15 minutes by bus from the old town.
The accommodation is very clean and the host is very friendly. If you request in the morning, we will provide coffee and light food with a cool breeze in the sunny yard. I was very satisfied with my 3 days 2 nights stay.

A wonderful stay
I would definitely recommend this place. It is much better (and bigger) than on the pictures you will find on this site.
The Sunset beach is only 600 meters away, plenty of restaurants to chose from and the old city only 10 min by bus. Perfect location, wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. Plus that the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great location
The rooms a very spacious, and have lots of storage space, suitable for longer stays. Also fridge, efficient aircon and a small kitchenette. The location is very close to the beach, and the bus stop is only 50 m down the road, making the city easily accessible.
The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. They provide free use of a lovely garden with many outdoor sitting options, even an outdoor kitchen.
