Nous avons été surpris de l'état des lieux en fonction de l'évaluation faite sur le site de réservation. Les chaises sur le balcon était défoncées, la cuisine n'offrait pas beaucoup de couverts. La cafetière avait au moins 3 mois de poussière et il n'y avait pas de bouilloire. Les meubles étaient abimés et la literie presque inexistante. Le seul point possible, la vue sur la mer.

Wonderful view from apartment
The apartment is 10mins drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. So we needed to take an Uber into town every time to access stores and restaurants. Uber eats do not deliver to this location.
The view from the apartment is beautiful day and night. You can hire boats from just 2mins walk away. There is a secluded beach within a 10mins walk called Plaža Lozica. We particularly enjoyed this spot as it is a tranquil beach quite far away from the usual busyness of beaches elsewhere.
The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable and only really accommodated someone who is a little light weighted. The Air Conditioner
wasn't as effective in maintaining cooler temperatures especially during the thick heat during midday.
Everything else in the accommodation was great. There were sufficient utensils in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the location is once again beautiful.

Vue splendide sur Dubrovnik. Studio spacieux. Équipement de base pour la cuisine qui gagnerait à être renouvelé (couverts, assiettes et verres). Parking au pied de l'appartement appréciable. Gros bémol hélas concernant la piscine. Celle-ci est impraticable et abîmée, et sans doute depuis un moment. C'est très décevant quand on réserve en plein été une location avec piscine et que l 'on placé devant le fait à l'arrivée. Pas de contact direct avec les loueurs pendant le sejour.

Not bad for a budget stay for a couple of nights. It was easy enough to find by car, but the access ramp was scary - narrow and sloping. Catering facilities were limited (a microwave would have been handy). It was small, clean and had a comfortable bed and good shower. There was a kettle and hairdryer but no toiletries were provided. Be aware the swimming pool is closed until 1st June. Beds - a double, single and camper bed. It would have been better to use the camper bed space for a small sofa. Access was from 16:00. We arrived too early and were sent away. Tip: We used Uber & Bolt to get to the Old City, about 8 euros each way, which was cheaper than parking (and we could have a beer or two!)

The only value is the view. Points listed. 1.No clear signage,and hard to see the entrance. 2. 16.00 check in time ,why. 3.Peeling celling, bathroom light globe missing lid,shower holder loose ,towels only suitable for children not adults. 4.Parking,no clear signage. 5.Kitchen ette,garage for the size if the room they are renting. 5.1 toilet roll for 4 If you have a car OK,otherwise nightmare for all food places,and transport facilities. Steer clear as, you can get more bang for your buck,even tho the view is great.Heaps of better views in this region.
