The hotel room is very satisfactory in all aspects. The location is great. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. It costs about 18-19 euros to take an Uber to the top of the mountain, and less than 10 euros to take a taxi to the old town.

It is a private family property with more than 400 years of history. It has just been renovated and used as a hotel. It has more than 20 rooms. The hotel rooms have beautiful sunset views and good facilities.

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per l'atmosfera che si percepiva dalle foto e per le recensioni, ma..... giunti in loco ricevevamo come stanze dei mini appartamenti locati in una palazzina in prossimità del nucleo centrale, la villa storica ed i giardini. Al momento della prenotazione non era stata (in maniera fraudolenta?) specificata la sistemazione. La villa storica, le stanze del nucleo centrale ed il giardino avevano l'arredamento e l'atmosfera che ci avevano indotto a questa scelta, mentre quelle della palazzina prossima al nucleo centrale che abbiamo avuto, erano fredde d anonime, non giustificando il prezzo pagato. Palace Natali is an absolutely stunning hotel. The location is amazing. You are far enough away from the busyness of the old town but a 15/20 min walk or short taxi ride away still. The whole experience feels exclusive. The grounds, pool, lounges and restaurant areas were always quiet making the whole stay so relaxing and peaceful. There are many special little touches like the app which allows you to have drinks brought to you by the pool or garden area and having robes by the pool to use. The decor around the hotel is beautiful and it is so well looked after. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely, particularly Daniel and Lydija who were so helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel made it really special. We couldn’t fault Palace Natali, it was the perfect stay.

Le bâtiment de l’accueil et le jardin sont ravissants ainsi que certains bâtiments de chambres. Vue sublime sur toute la baie de Dubrovnik. Le nôtre donnait sur la route( mais on entendait pas) et était plus moderne, sans goût. Chambre confortable, neuve, moderne avec une petite terrasse et une cuisine( équipée ikea) Salle de bain impeccable, linges parfait. Petit déjeuner très bon . Nous avons également déjeuné dans le jardin.c’était un peu cher mais délicieux. L’hotel est loin de la vieille ville et il faut revenir en taxi ( entre 15 et 35 euros en fonction du trafic). L’avantage c’est d’être au calme en pleine saison touristique. Au global, c’est plus un 4 étoiles que 5. 600 euros la nuit environ en pleine saison, c’est cher…

Stunning and unique!! I want to find more places like this in Europe. Super clean, stunning grounds, great service, excellent food, walking distance from old town. A lot of nice touches: cute lounge rooms, game room, sauna, hot tub in addition to pool. 24/7 availability. Reserve at least half a day to simply enjoy the grounds and take pics Only criticism is to teach guests how to use the high tech room stuff upon check in as I almost couldn’t figure it out. And we once took an unnecessarily long walk into town. It was easy enough for us to walk down but you did have to figure it out a bit. Exact directions would be nice
