The location was great for my purpose, I had some business to attend to in Fonthill and the hotel was a stone's throw away. Still needed to drive but it was a 5min drive.
It is also walking distance from Liffey Valley shopping mall. Its a typical large mall with decent restaurants and a cinema.
The hotel is connected to a fitness centre (like a health club) and it offers a gym and swimming pool. Entry is free for hotel guests. Go early, the pool gets crowded after 8.30am.
There is ample parking and it's available at a concessionary rate.
My only grouse was the lack of toiletries provided. Thankfully I had brought my own set. The toilet only has hand soap and shampoo (but the dispenser was almost empty).
Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Worth staying at if you need to be in that area.

Very satisfied, the service is very good! You can see the sunset from the room, provide coffee and tea, complete facilities, convenient transportation, and there is a large shopping mall not far away. The bus stop is very convenient. Free gym and swimming pool.

Was very clean and spacious, even tho it was out from Dublin centre by 20 mins in taxi it was only 5 min away from a shopping centre called Liffey valley that had restaurants and a cinema if you were to look for things to do.

This hotel has the dirtiest leisure centres I have ever seen. The locker rooms are filthy with many lockers broken. Sauna and steam rooms stank and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time.

I have been defrauded 2 days after checkout the hotel made a transaction debit from my credit card after 2 days for service i did not use ( laundry). The cleaners placed the laundry bag in my room without my request i did not use it although i explained that to reception before i leave its clear deception. Room was very hot uncomfortable although the weather outside is cool. Food handlers, some of them do mot wear gloves during handling food and touch food with bare hands and this is against rules and regulations in any food company. Otherwise hotel was close to my work place.

Conor who took our order and brought us our food was superb and so friendly. The chocolate fondant desert was out of this world yummy.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were both given apartment rooms which was a lovely suprise. The fish and chips was the best I’ve had in a long time and the chocolate dessert was incredible. Our waiter Conor was so helpful and very kind and made our overall experience so much more enjoyable. He was a pleasure
