After staying about a couple weeks I have a lot to say about this place. I paid online as I always do to make things easier. The lady tried to charge me again and I said no that I did online and she said it didn’t go through.. that was the first red flag.. it then “magically” appeared that I did in fact pay online.. so she said the deposit is 100 dollars as I was getting ready to tap my card she took it and swiped it behind the counter. She made some kind of face but didn’t say anything. So I go back to my room and plug in my phone since it had been dead.. first thing that pops up “you spent 1000 at quality inn & suites” yeah I think tf not. So I went back to the counter and said the deposit is 100 right? She said yes. SO WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME 1000?! “She said oooooh sorry that was a mistake I hit another zero by accident” and didn’t bother to say anything?? “I just seen it” ok well am I going to be refunded because that ridiculous. She said she had refunded it but that I needed to pay 100 and the 1000 will be returned to my card in a couple days. After that I kept to myself. The room was clean but there was pepper spray in one of the drawers that my daughter found.. I like how the rooms are divided and the couch is a pull out bed. New looking blanket. Windows were very much broken around the edges. It is kind of dated and has a weird smell in the hallways. The breakfast was nice. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, muffins bagels, yogurt and fruit and coffee of course. We decided we needed to stay a bit longer so I extended our stay and when I went to pay I was charged twice.. I told her and was refunded at that moment… I would advise everyone to check their accounts. Today was out last day because she had previously told me that they will price match so of course I find deals online and shoe her she tells me no it’s 139 and if I don’t want to pay I can go somewhere else…. Very rude after I had just spend maybe close to 1000 there but whatever we left. The owners are very rude and don’t expect any kind of sympathy for any reason because they don’t care.

In many years of both personal and business travel, I've had great hotel experiences and only three that were really terrible. This place was the third terrible one. I suspected the lack of "quality" in the name when I saw the back access doorway of the check-in area covered only by a sheet upon walking in. That did not inspire confidence in the business. Next, the check-in process was very, very bad -- to the point of wanting to leave and find another hotel altogether -- was told we were WRONG to believe the check-in should be at least as consistent as our previous hotel experiences. We were not offered what we were supposed to be offered; then shorted on requested bottled water -- treated as if we were stealing the water. The maintenance in the room was dangerous -- broken tiles, broken toilet lid, etc. The only thing I can say to balance out the bad with some good was the young man at the check-in kept his composure with everything else that was wrong with the experience. While admirable, this isn't enough to include an additional star to the review.

First, I would suggest (if you MUST stay here) a 2nd floor room…others in my group staying on the first floor ended up with bug bites all over them. I had a second floor room and it was odd…two rooms separated by a sink/bathroom area, each room with a queen bed. The mattresses seemed newer but cheap…sort of sturdy, but not very comfortable. The carpeting in my room was dark-colored so hard to know how clean it really was. The room smelled clean enough and not overly deodorized. A friend’s room down the hall was set up differently with the front room set up like a living area and the back room with a bed. The carpeting in that room was stained and grubby looking, as was the furniture. The phones in the rooms did not work. My hair dryer did not work so had to get dressed and go downstairs at 6:30am to see if they had a hair dryer available. They had a box full…most of which didn’t work either. Luckily, he found one that did. The grounds are not very well kept—weeds growing in the area in front, a big roll of carpet or something near the door. There are many hotels in the area and I would pay a little more and stay some place cleaner and hopefully, bug-free.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Met our needs. Would stay there again. Had an overnight trip to the Columbus Zoo...good location to get to the zoo. Also Very quiet and peaceful. I like how the double rooms were divided by the bathroom for some added privacy.

Nice place to stay and would stay again, for sure. Atkin, the night receptionist, is awesome. The rooms are awesome as while there are 2 beds, they are separated by the bathroom and another outside sink. Great for families. Outside noises are a little distracting for a light sleeper but my husband didn’t hear a thing. Truly, a nice hotel to stay while in Dublin

It was clean and beds were comfortable. Workers were friendly. It was quiet at night and had a good nights sleep. The place needs to be updated with newer furniture and fresh paint would go a long way. Breakfast needs more variety. No juice or anything. Only selection to drink was coffee, tea or tap water in a pitcher. What about the kids who stay there. Putting a few extra bucks in improvements and variety for breakfast will bring people back but not this way.

Was really disappointed in this property. The lobby seemed very musty. Check in was easy, and desk clerk was friendly. My credit card was immediately charged , which I thought was odd. My room was severely outdated. The room didn’t feel clean. There were a few stains on the phone. Breakfast gave you a choice of a bagel or a waffle (carb heaven) No juice, just water or coffee. Granted I only paid $70 for this room, but I’m thinking there are better options in Dublin.
