Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus-Dublin

I liked the property was right off the road with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast is included and very nice. The rooms were nice and clean with lots of amenities. However the pool was cold and there were no towels. There were kids running around and being disrespectful and loud unsupervised in the pool. Went to the front desk and was told I couldn’t get a towel to shower and when she did find one I got an attitude about her having to go look for one.

The overall stay was pretty good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was probably one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. Also, initially upon check-in my room seemed as if it didn’t get used very often, it needed to be stocked with everything. The front desk staff fixed the issue and brought things up to the room fairly quickly. The breakfast area was really clean, I like the selection that was available, the staff were super sweet, we happen to go on a weekend where the hotel was packed with children but the hotel staff kept them pretty contained. It also ****** that there was no late check-out but I understand that depends on the availability so overall I would give it a 3.5/5

Location was very convenient, breakfast decent and hot, pool was nice. Lobby has been updated, rooms not so much. Laundry facility was useless -

The property was nice and clean. Staff was super helpful. Unfortunately, things outside of their control made the stay not great. Fire alarm mishap the 2nd night of 3 day stay. 3rd night noisy neighbors required two complaints. Staff quickly moved the noisy room to rectify the situation.

The pool was nasty and cloudy and that was the main reason we came was to swim. So we didn't even get in. The rooms was not very clean. Halls dirty. Staff was nice though.

We’ve always had pretty good experiences at Homewood Suites. But this one? Yikes, where to start? First time we had to check out of somewhere early because it was just so unpleasant. We booked 9 months ago and found out when we got here pool was out. Rooms were dirty. Had a 2 bedroom suite with queen beds. However, beds were not queen and were the WORST beds ever! I had a horrible nights sleep because it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. No mattress protectors on beds. Whole experience was horrible. We found a local Airb&b and ended up jumping ship after one night. Stay at your own risk!
