The room size is OK, and the two beds don't seem crowded. The switch console at the head of the bed is very conveniently designed, and the switches are within reach even when lying in bed. There is a USB port for charging mobile phones. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. I stayed for 12 nights this time, and there were a few days without cleaning.

We stayed there last year and my daughter got life threatening incident in the toilet when she ended up cutting her feet with very fine glass pieces there. We reported it to the manager (Ron Shanks) and he promised to provide us a courtesy free stay next time so that we couldn’t disclose it on social media. We just call to use that offer last week and was told by the new manager (Akash Petal) that the old manager had left and they cannot honor his promise despite of many email proofs. This is totally unacceptable and cheating. We would say that these guys are liars, not trust worthy. Also, their service sucks so stay away this motel to avoid any emergency issue. Also, I noticed that their review rating has been improved lately. No wonder to mention that many offshore companies do it professionally to look the business healthy and successful.

Bedbugs. June 11th 2025. After a long day in a U-haul, we were settled in the room and relaxing in the bed when a bug crawled onto my arm. After brushing it off, immediately inspected the bed and found more. All manager offered was to move us to another room and give 10,000 meaningless points. Impossible to sleep after that experience. Exhausting ordeal after long day on the road. Additional work and anxiety returning home and dealing with possibly infested belongings. It is doubtful that only one room was infested. Follow up calls offered no resolution. Paid $178 for this horrible experience. For comparison, Stayed in a $50 Motel 6 in Fancy Gap, VA due to car trouble this spring- no bedbugs. We have photos, but Tripadvisor will not publish.
