Columbus is a small city in the central region, and most hotels are small and unpretentious. The three of us stayed in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a small kitchen cabinet + island, suitable for a family of 3-4 people for 1-3 nights. There is a small counter on the first floor selling water all day, and free parking. It was disappointing that the service staff did not clean the room or add bottled water during the four days we stayed.

My stay was amazing and it mostly had to do with Tyler at the front desk and the housekeepers that unfortunately I do not know their names. Tyler was welcoming and helpful no matter how many questions we may have had he was always ready to help. Housekeeping was the BEST and my room was wonderful. I don't like being away from home but when I am this hotel is a close second. I will be back soon!

Property overall was good. Breakfast was just ok though and it wasn’t obviously clear that there was a parking charge, which was disappointing. No housekeeping came during my 2 day stay either which wasn’t explained to me beforehand.
Good location and good room. Just not quite as good as I would have expected.

Great spot
We needed a staycation spot due to plumbing issues at home. I was so happy with this hotel. It had a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a living area, and two baths. Breakfast was really good. The kids loved the pool and the basketball courts. The rooms are comfy, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a great workout room. The pool was a tad chilly, but one heater was out, and they warned us ahead of time. It was still very swimmable. Highly recommend.

It was almost too quiet in the room. Bed was ok but didn’t sleep well. Bathroom had no vent and shower designed with no door. For these reasons we would probably not choose to stay again.

I was in room 303 in the room had a foul smell and the smell remain that way all that time I was there they reall y need to do something about the smell.
