No facilities, no formal hotel lobby, very close to large shopping malls
Parking costs CHF20 per day, breakfast is CHF10 per person
It's full of industrial style, but the price is a bit expensive. I believe there are other better options.

The overall service was kind of good. I went on Sunday, there was no one to attend.
There was no phone in the room to call someone for anything, also no number was provided.
The water bottles was provided only for the first day.
No tooth paste was available.
However, the room quality was Ok. Although the temperature was bit high this time in summer, but there was no fan or AC available.

Hôtel bien situé proche de l’autoroute et d’un arrêt de tram avec une place de parc. Chambre spacieuse et confortable malgré l’aspect brut de l’extérieur du bâtiment. Petit déjeuner confirme aux attentes. Prix selon les standards de la région

Good service, friendly staff
The hotel is located in the outskirts of Zurich. The rooms are modern and spacious, but located in a neighbouring flat house, which means you may have to drag your luggage over the yard to get to your room - something to keep in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage with you. Breakfast is simple but okay. Helpful and friendly staff.

La chambre était très propre et décorée avec goût, sobre et brute. Proche du Samsung Hall environ 15mn à pied. Les bémol : - Très mal indiqué pour récupérer les clefs et trouver l'entrée du bâtiment, nous avons tourné un moment et le numéro fourni ne répondait pas (un samedi à 18h30) - Chambre un peu bruyante (grands axes tout autour de l'hôtel, et porte qui est mal insonorisée) - Pas beaucoup de place de parking (3 il me semble) donc très compliqué de se garer si vous n'avez pas réservé à l'avance ou s'il n'y pas de place dispo..
