Awful experience, terrible water pressure Room service including change of sheets happens every 2 weeks disgusting Stole from us stole $60 worth of food and kept changing subjects when asked then proceeded to change us for bed sheets when we didn’t even touch or ruin it Never stay at this motel they will steal from you, charger you extra and won’t clean properly

Room dirty and smelled of vomit, probably why the window was open when we arrived on a winters evening. Sheets were clean but the cutlery and crockery were filthy. Only 2 tea bags. Not much traffic noise but there was a very loud intermittent noise from what we assume was a water pump - it seemed to come on in response to the loo being flushed, or as it gradually leaked all night. Avoid this place if you can afford anything at all better.

Even though l knew this was a budget motel it is close to one of the worst l have been to. I travelled for 9 hours and was really looking forward to a hot coffee and a nice shower. Nil milk. The bed sheets had terrible marks on them. When l walked in the room it looked as though the bed had not been made. On closer inspection l am not sure the sheets were not changed. Bathroom had a terrible smell and the toilet dirty and shower mouldy. I did not shower as l seriously do not think the shower had been cleaned throughly for a while. It was noisy with people coming and going I got my blanket and pillows from my car and put the blanket over the bed and slept on that Proper cleanliness is in need

Very comfy bed, friendly service. Check in was very easy and plenty of parking available on site. We stayed in winter but the pool did look inviting. It's in central Dubbo so easy to get everywhere. We would definitely stay again when we are in the region.

I'm a single dad to a beautiful 15yr old daughter -im currently going through chemotherapy for terminal cancer and had booked a night just for my daughter and I. Our stay Yes shelter, bed, fridge etc The a conditioner leaked so hot during the day and freezing all night. 1-spoon and 1-knife clean sheets but no extra ones People laughing, yelling,banging in Room 14 not a great roadside appeal from entrance. No book in toil 2pm and waiting for us to leave at 9am but states 10am Have photos of needed

Comfortable beds and great location. family room was perfect with 1 double and 2 single beds. Little dinner table was also used. you get what you pay for so I was not expecting much. Just the type of hotel to sleep and day trip out from. Friendly staff.
