We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

I want to share with you a dream experience we had at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah last October {2022}. The experience started with exceptional service and a very warm and helpful welcome from all the employees and especially from the manager Sameh who took care of us in an exceptional way, we had also amazing amazing personal concierge who took care of and made it - a dream come true ! The room was spectacular, a view of the city's skyline, a very large room, extremely clean, huge bath, a huge bed!, pleasure in every corner and in everything {cleaning products, cosmetics and much more}. The hotel pool is amazing, we especially loved the adults only pool. The food by the pool - insane! The breakfast is one of the richest I've ever had in my life - everything you've dreamed of, everything is fresh, delicious and the coffee... amazing! Dinner at the restaurants {each one separately} is special, delicious and a unique experience. The shuttles to the city are really convenient and at excellent times. We are grateful for 3 nights of our life and an extraordinary experience! it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! We will come back again and recommend everyone to go there and only there.
