Hotels near Shrek's Journey, Dubai

This was our fourth visit in a year. We find this hotel has excellent facilities, Clean and tidy rooms, very good gym and 2 pools in addition a splash pool for younger members We had excellent service from all members of staff who are extremely helpful , kind and friendly. In particular in the Novotel Mamun, Anwar, Kyaw, Wil Jun, Novi, Nathan and Zayar also Saqib and Ahmed in the Movenpick. They all went out of their way to ensure all our visits were most enjoyable. Being twinned with the Movenpick means you can enjoy the facilities in both hotels if you wish. Both restaurants offer a good selection of foods at all meal times. We very much look forward to our next visit. A big thank you for the courtesy extended to us at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, ideal for couples and families alike. It was pleasant stay, I love urban khoory cuz its really clean there. The receptionist name mario I think was really accomodating.

Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful

Great hotel experience. Food at La Farine was super good, especially the breakfast and their French Onion Soup. Definitely a must try. The hotel room was spacious and clean. In view of so many hotel guests, I was surprised that the hotel managed to maintain a very high standard in all aspects. For sure will return again as we all had a great time there!

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

Nice clean place very attractive marvel . Good places are all around and close easy access and I have very good time staying here and with respect to money it’s worth .

Value for money. Your stay in Dubai need not be expensive. The excellent service, free breakfast and amenities are worth every penny paid. Very near the airport with complimentary bus service if you have long layover. Have stayed here 3x. Recommended!

The bathroom was also very satisfying, equipped with a good-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. It was full of amenities, which made the stay even more comfortable..
