New hotel, new location. 10 minutes from the deira city center metro station, there is also a shopping center. Rooms with a view of the city (for now on the construction site, then there will be window to window), rooms with a view of the canal (direct view - the construction site is not visible, side views - the construction site and the canal). Construction, as always, is carried out non-stop 24/7. Since it’s a new area, waiting for a taxi is difficult, but possible. We rented a one-room apartment for 3 people. The room has a large double bed, in the living room there is a sofa - it does not fold out, you can sleep on it, but this is only for one night, otherwise you need to take an extra bed for extra money (large 1-room apartments are, in principle, designed for a maximum of 2 people) . In the rooms: coffee machine (capsules are provided), kettle (instant coffee will be available tomorrow), hob, toaster, oven (no microwave), large refrigerator. Water is brought in bottles. Since the hotel is new, there are technical issues (flushing in the bathroom, smell in the toilet, operation of the touch panel), most likely they will be corrected soon. The pool is small, but the area around it is quite large with a beautiful view of the canal. The gym is comfortable, in the toilet rooms: 2 saunas, towels, shower, hair dryers, cosmetics. There was no breakfast, if not included in the price, breakfast - 125 dirhams per person. We took it for lunch: pasta with tomato sauce - 55 dirhams, burger - 80 dirhams. Edible, usually. Now, there is nothing near the hotel (cafes, bars, restaurants) - it’s all in Deira City Center. To Dubai Mall by taxi 50-60 dirhams or to the metro and a direct line. Close to terminals 1-2-3, to Al Maktoum 40-50 minutes by taxi from 160 dirhams. Maintenance service - they blow away the specks of dust from you, your wishes are fulfilled, but at the reception you have to wait (it takes time). Overall - good.

Rooms are very comfortable & staff are real friendly especially Danish (Manager at the front desk). Hotel is near the airport & local attractions. I didn't have Breakfast included in the reservation but Danish helped add it for free! Will definitely stay there again.

I was in the hotel from 28.02.21-07.03.21 from the Bible-Globus. My first trip to Dubai was at the highest level in the 3* hotel, didn't expect even. I tell everything in order, I hope someone will use it! 1. When settled, you need to pay a taxi to the hotel at $20 or 70 dirham (not a deposit, but a tourist fee. The deposit did not pay. 2. The most important thing for me is the convenient location of the hotel, parallel to the road near the hotel , After it turns out the Al Rigga road, where there is the Al Rigga Metro Station and the bus stop.I moved in the subway. The subway branch is only 2 - red and green, so it was not a special effort for me to figure out how to move on its own, women.You can quietly get to the subway station Burj Khalifa, and there and Dubai Moll. Also having reached one stop to the Union Station (green branch) and moved near the station to bus C28 , reached the final stop of the bus-Al Mamzar Beach. The bank is along the Al Rigga road where you can change the dollars to dirhams. 3.The room is beautiful, the bathroom is beautiful.Wedding and towels changed every day.There is a fan.Shampoo,gel,soap,water in the bottle every day new. Requested to settle on the floor high, settle on the 7th floor. Before the elevator is a sanitary gel for hand-processing.In the hotel, the movement is strictly in the mask. 4.The hotel is located in the Deira area, which is famous for a large number of shops, both expensive and cheap. 5.The safe is free.Way-fay in the room was also. 6.I want to say separately about food.It is just chic and in big portions!I really wanted to try the kitchen of another country.Eating is European,but it is cooked anyway in a different way and tastes different. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner.I didn't even always have time to finish lunch or dinner,so I was cooked anyway and later time. For what a separate thanks to all the staff!!!! And especially the chef!!! 7.The hotel staff communicated through the translator,so there were no problems. 8.There are weights in the hotel for suitcases,so it is easy to control the weight of the suitcase before flight. 9.There is an air conditioner in the room that can be turned on and off if desired. In general, the price and quality of hotel 3* at the top level! Next time I will come only to this hotel, because not the whole area has yet explored)))) Hotel recommend!!!

This is a very nice & people's hotel. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. There's a girl named Fantastic who is really very sweet, the servers at the breakfast area are also very thoughtful, this morning when I just casually feedback to 1 of them that there were flies around my table he immediately offered to ask if I would like to have my meal in the room, he can pack for me to bring up. Though this hotel is very far from dubai mall and all the high end shopping centres. My husband n I felt it's already enough as the CITY CENTRE DIERA shopping mall is more than enough for us to shop. Will definitely come back to stay for our next business trip.

Canopy as a brand promotes lifestyle and offers unconventional room designs. This is why I chose to stay here this time. The location is close to the airport and downtown Dubai was just a 15-min drive. The Alseef waterfront is a nice place for a walk early morning or during sunset, though there were not many restaurants or cafes operating now. Further down is an old souk style development which I would also recommend a visit to. In general the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a good value for the price.

The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

I chose this newly opened hotel in Business Bay for a business trip. I really like the decoration of the room! Breakfast and dinner were very good~ but the smell in the room was a bit too big, so the price was not high
