Gold Souk Deira area is a place I like to live when I am on a business trip to Dubai. I lived in Business Bay before, but in comparison, Gold Souk has a more lively atmosphere. Eating, transportation and shopping are very convenient around. There are many newly built communities in Deira area, so there are many newer chain hotels. The overall price-performance ratio is good, but the Ibis twin room is really incredible, which is equivalent to putting two quilts in a double bed room. Please be cautious if you choose a twin room. Other aspects are not bad, after all, chain hotels still have price-performance ratio.

This hotel is really weird, not just bad. There are no slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I called the front desk and was told I needed to pay for them. There is no hair dryer either, so after taking a shower my hair has to be dried naturally.
