Stayed in March 2025 for a week.
The location is excellent (near Marina Mall with food courts and shops, Marina with restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, the beach is 15 minutes away, metro is 10 minutes away)
The condition of the rooms is good, better than in the photos on the website. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Daily cleaning is excellent. The pool is good, not deep, with views of the skyscrapers around.
We did not go to breakfast, we cooked breakfast in the apartment (very good kitchen in the room with a toaster, oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator and all the necessary utensils)
The views from the room to the Marina are attractive.
Of the small nuances - they did not congratulate me on my birthday (they did not react in any way) and when returning the deposit (700 dirhams) they showed a photo allegedly with a scratch on the leather of the sofa in the living room.
They tried to hint that something had to be decided, to which I said that it wasn't us and if necessary - there is a video review of the room upon arrival (it turns out to be a useful thing), after which they apologized and said that it was a mistake.
But overall we are very happy with our stay at this hotel. We can recommend it for the price/quality ratio.

Excellent hotel. Location in the very center of Dubai Marina, walking distance to the Mall. The food is varied, and it is clear that the staff is trying very hard 🤗, which is very nice! Next time I will choose this hotel again!

Good breakfasts and friendly staff. There is a parking lot under the building, the beach is 15-20 minutes away. But the beach has turned into Gelendzhik in recent years.
