I was traveling with my parents and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, rooms are up to date and absolutely d didn’t meet my expectations. spots on the shower’s door, spots on the wall in the bathroom, cracked mirrors and very cheap uncomfortable pillows. Dust was everywhere as well. Lots of people out there useless. I explained my complains daily and they moved me from ano room to even bigger room with more dust and spots. A/C was off everywhere in every room and I called maintenance service when checked in, when moved to another room etc. the can’t handle a comfortable room temperature before first arrival, what service we can talk about here? Good was absolutely fail. Will all inclusive option it was basically rice and lamb, other stuff was super smelly and undress (sushi, fish, seafood, beautiful but extremely untasted desserts). Every single step in this hotel was the proof of the luck of customer and professional service. Once I bring all my concerns to the table, I get only sorties and promises to be better for the next time lol. No refunds, no complimentary service, nothing to make me feel better before I leave. Just a promise that they’d do better in future. I’d never be back to this hotel, and won’t recommend it to anyone. Poor choices, not sure even about 2.5 stars even. Big fat failure. Was here for a few days and totally regretted them.

Where do I begin! My partner and I came here as a couple in our mid 20s not sure what to expect as a non adult-only hotel. Every single detail has been absolutely incredible! Did not feel like the hotel was taken over by children (being a family friendly hotel), as pool and beach staff ensured none were screaming or shouting (whilst also making sure they had the best time) All staff have done absolutely everything to ensure we have the most comfortable stay- particularly Ruzaik and Kevin down at Bodrum - they put in so much effort into us every single day and we so appreciated it!! All A La Cartes were amazing with fab menus! We had a premium sea view room which was so spacious and modern (reception would call us regularly to check up on us to ask if we needed anything). I honestly cannot fault anything, and will 100% be returning as soon as we can! If you have children this would be an amazing choice, as there was so much going on everyday for them and the kids club looked incredible!

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Chilled atmosphere . Large bedroom, bathroom and every facility you need. Quality of food varied but on the whole up to a 5 star standard. We used the spa and would recommend the Balinese massage . Used Zaki hairdresser and barber- special shout out to Wadi there. Staff are super friendly and approachable throughout. Special shout out to the team at Bar1- particularly Shadhitanth, Yam, Imran, Saju and Dhananjay- good fun, brilliant. Service and great cocktails.

Thank you Rixos for giving us the most magical and memorable moments celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. We came to Dubai 10 years ago staying at the four season but decided to stay with Rixos and it was the best decision. I emailed the hotel a few months prior and on arrival was upgraded to a junior suite which did not disappoint! From start to finish every member of the hotel staff in every area of the hotel were 5*. The lifeguards even enjoy talking to our children, throwing in the sinkys in the pool for them to get and was shell skimming in the sea together. The food was incredible the drinks were top class (cocktails nothing like you would get in an all inclusive more like top London hotel) bands were amazing too in Bar1. The patisserie was a huge bonus for snacks to take up to room and all tasted delicious! 5* to the fitness team, the classes on offer are brilliant! I thoroughly enjoyed the ice bath and breathwork class. Thank you Rixos for making our anniversary holiday perfect. The only problem is now when we come back next year (we have never booked the same hotel twice!) how will it top this years visit! Thank you so much! We cannot wait to return for more Rixos moments!
