We booked a room "Apartment with a view of the Marina", we paid more than with a view of the city. 37 thousand rubles for two nights. But we did not get a room with a view of the Marina (canal). As we were told, Trip.com did not pass on this information. We also booked two separate beds, which we could choose: one large or two separate. However, we did not get two separate beds. As a result, my friend slept on the sofa. And I slept on the large bed, feeling guilty in front of her. The room itself is old. And the bathroom has terribly dirty old tiles near the bathtub. It was unpleasant to use the shower. There is little space to hang towels. Despite the huge walls, for some reason a towel bracket is installed right next to the toilet. It is impossible to place 4 towels on it. I also did not like that there are only two towels. The next day I was left with only one towel. There was only one copy of toiletries. There were no bathrobes, there were slippers of size 45. For our small female feet of size 35 these were skis. The breakfast is rather meager. Of course, you won't go hungry. But for 4 stars it's deficient. The advantage of the hotel is its location: on the embankment of the Dubai Marina channel. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the metro.

And the balcony... a fairy tale. View of the Marina. Beauty both day and night. I think the area where the hotel is located is almost the best in Dubai - you can easily walk to the sea, no need to look for a taxi or public transport. The beach is also well equipped - there is everything, from paid sunbeds (not cheap at all) to places for those who do not want to pay for these sunbeds. It is crowded, but you can find a place to sunbathe. And the most important thing is absolutely new, clean, presentable free toilets, where you can calmly take a shower and change clothes. The only thing is that it is very expensive to eat in this area. But for this you can often not go to cafes, but buy everything for food in supermarkets. Fortunately, there are plenty of them here. And you can easily cook everything at the hotel, because there is a kitchen with all the attributes. Every other day we alternated shrimp with the freshest salmon, chicken parts. Fast and much cheaper than in a cafe. I lowered the rating only for cleaning the room. Or rather, for the fact that after cleaning they constantly underfilled the towels. I had to run and look for a friend to give them to me.

This hotel only exists for one purpose: to take money out of its guests' pockets. Despite proof of a medical emergency, the hotel refused to make a booking change and insisted on the full rate. This has nothing to do with hospitable service. Unfortunately, Trip.com did not help me with this.
The aparthotel is getting old and urgently needs renovations. I cannot recommend it.
