Funky modern hotel by the beach. Totally loved it. Great amenities - has a cafe, restaurant, bar, shop, gym, even a room with washing machines and dryers, and of couse a heated pool, and direct access to the beach in an area with other beach clubs.
Great modern vibe. Modern comfortable room.
Would be happy to come back and recommend to others.

The biggest disappointment is the lack of normal sleep. Thin pillows. This is not even half the trouble. The air conditioning system, which does not have an automatic temperature maintenance mode. Only on. And even if you set the fan to minimum, it blows normally, in a small room the flow still goes to the bed.
You can turn it off by opening the balcony door. But if your windows face Palma, you will be pleased until two in the morning by the laughter of laborers who are picked up from the beach by bus in small portions. Or music from La Mer beach. Let's not forget about the mosquitoes. And the cherry on the cake is the terribly blinking LEDs on the smoke detector on the ceiling, which interfere even through closed eyelids.
I will supplement what was described with an anthill-restaurant, similar to a train station with a bunch of people and a small section of its own beach, similar to a tub. Well, 3* is 3*, but the price of such fun does not correlate with the degree of this fun at all.
Personally, I would not go there even for a third of the price, and I would not go at all.
However, judging by the reviews, "people like it".
To the credit of the management, and especially Zakaria, we managed to cancel the rest of the existing reservation and leave. This is already worth a lot. My gratitude.

Overall nice hotel but not worth the price in my opinion
Positives - Good food, friendly staff. Excellent pool and beach facilities and so good for children, felt safe with enclosed beach and lifeguards. On-site shop was handy for snacks
Negatives - I found the mattress on the beds to be really uncomfortable and so didn't sleep well at all during our stay.I requested thinner pillows than the deep ones which were supplied and the new ones were still really deep and uncomfortable. Not much in walking distance nearby
