I booked for two nights on a business trip. The situation has changed. I plan to cancel the reservation one day in advance. It is difficult to negotiate. Ctrip's agency communication needs to be improved. The hotel reservation department is not friendly. I will not stay next time. There are no standard rooms with two beds, and breakfast is paid separately.

We had an incredible experience at the Four Seasons Dubai DIFC. THe location, the staff, the dining, and service were all absolutely TOP TIER. Even the design was stunning and well thought out. We'll definitely be back.

Very professional, helpful and attentive staff from the doorman to the hotel manager, well dressed and presented. Rooms beautifully decorated and comfort, definitely will consider staying there again

The hotel has an excellent location. However, there are significant disadvantages. When entering the room there was a strong smell of chemicals , which was used to clean the room. Unfortunately, the windows in the rooms do not open, so the heavy smell was felt for a long time. All the hotel offered is the aromatization of the room to hide unpleasant odors. Despite the good configuration of the rooms, they did not work most of the electrical sockets. Did not work tablet to control the options of the smart home. It was an inconvenience. However, this was compensated by the excellent work of maids. Very mediocre kitchen when delivering food to the room. This caused surprise, given that resting in the network FourSeasons I am accustomed to another. The management of the hotel is not customer-oriented. My requests were ignored, although they were absolutely justified. Unfortunately, I have to say, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations.

The staff is amazing all greeted us really well the front office team was amazing specially thanks to mohammed and elias for making ur stay memorable nd to make my father’s birthday surprise to make it very special..!!nd housekeeping personnel ‘bal’ was amazing the gesture he made for us is amazing we love it..!!Thank you for nice nd memorable stay ..!!
