Everything was perfect and so clean! sp spacious and an enjoyable stay. Complimentary valet is cool. Restaurants are great too. I wouldn't waste my money on the breakfast though unless you get it included at a great price.

The worst hotel in Dubai! Every year, my family comes to Dubai to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Day, and we stay in different hotels every year. This hotel is a scam hotel. Please choose carefully. It's a scam. When we checked in, the front desk asked us if we wanted to go to the New Year's Eve dinner on the 31st. If we went, it would cost 3,000 dirhams per person, which is 6,000 RMB. If we didn't go, we didn't have to pay. We checked in on the 29th, and the front desk staff asked us if we would participate in the Galadinner on the night of the 31st. If we participated, it would be 3000aed per person, about 6000 RMB per person, and if we didn't participate, we didn't have to pay. We were 6 adults and 2 children, so we said we didn't participate. I confirmed twice to make sure that he said there would be no charge if we didn't participate. As a result, when we checked out, we had to deduct 50,000 RMB from Galadinner. After I reported the situation at that time, the hotel began to shirk responsibility in various ways. At first, they said that the staff at that time made a mistake. Later, they said that the staff didn't say that. I asked for a surveillance camera, and the hotel said that the surveillance camera could not be adjusted. Anyway, it was a scam without negotiation. The attitude was extremely bad. Ctrip was still very helpful and helped me coordinate throughout the process.
