Overall it's okay. But the executive suite I stayed in had a bit of a smell. It wasn't particularly clean.

Located near the airport (15min away by Uber/taxi), which makes it easy for us to leave our luggage at the hotel/serviced apartment after check out, so that we can do some last minute sightseeing before going to the airport. The staff were friendly and warm which made our stay very enjoyable. Ms Chona who served us at the hotel restaurant during breakfast was very warm & approachable, and gave good tips about sightseeing in the city. One bedroom serviced apartment was also very comfortable with a comfortable bed, living/dining/kitchen area, and 2 toilets. The only drawback is that the shower is right above the bathtub, so 2 of us have to take turns to use the shower/bathtub.

We've been to a lot of hotels already but this place is one of the best! The hotel staff were very welcoming with a complementary cake as it was my bday and the place is incredibly family-friendly. Kodus to Joy, the Manager. She made sure we were all taken care of. 👌

I had the best experience on my trip to Dubai with my best friend as soon as we arrived to the Marriott Al jaddaf. The first person we approached was a young man name Hamza he greeted us and welcomed us to the hotel. He was very helpful and made sure we were taking care off. Every time we sent outside he greeted us and got us a taxi to the places we wanted to go. We appreciate all his help and everyone else that was there helping as well. Thank you Hmaza brother for all your help and hospitality

Most enjoyed stay in Dubai with best service provided by the managers Ms. Joy and Ms. Varshini. Thank you also to Ms. Bien and Sir Atef who really made sure that we get the room before we arrive. I want to highlight the executive lounge which we really enjoyed. The social hour is indeed perfect with most accommodating people Hnin and Ajaya. Marriott Al Jaddaf is the place where you feel like home because of its people who takes care of your stay.
