Most of the hotels has express check out,this hotel doesn’t have,its there own rules,its ok.while im checking out,they said to me wait 2 minutes.after they check the lady on reception,she said me to go.within one second she said sorry sir you have to pay.when im asking the reason!!! They said the bed sheet they have to throw bcz of blood mark,i said i don’t want to pay,FO lady called her manager.

Manager arrived he is saying to lady call police.he didn’t talk me one single word.i tried to explain him its accident by my finance, bcz she drained lots blood,he’s saying its youre mistake you have to pay,otherwise i will called you’re company & destroyed youre career.🙂
Literally????this whole hotel cant buy a bed sheet? they need to take money from guest for ladies natural accident!!! & literally he is threat me!!!! At the end he take money,he’s saying he has 30 years experience in hotel.

The hotel is very decent for the money. Opened in 2023 and you can feel it. The room is fresh, the furniture, although not expensive, is new. The room is well lit, there are many light bulbs, the bed linen and towels are clean. The metal kettle (not plastic, which stinks when heated) is very convenient to use. Staff loyal and friendly. Breakfast is a little weak, but scrambled eggs and omelettes are made to order, fruits like watermelon and melon are also available... In general, you won’t go hungry. The corridors are also clean and classical music plays very quietly and pleasantly. There is a disco on the ground floor, but I didn't visit it. Metro 15 meters from the hotel. In general, I recommend this hotel for those who are not planning a long trip and are not bothered by the remoteness of the beach.

Hotel is good, but there is little thing witch is i i don’t prefer for next time, when i asked one empty plate and two spoons for my dinner they ask 10aed charge for this, and in the ground floor they have 3 bars and their sound disturb till 2am

We went this august 2024, there is no proper breakfast like before, for all the days same dish they kept, there is some problem in the hotel so they are making us to go out from a different side
